Gald you all had a good weekend. Can't get inmycraft roomat the moment as its blocked by the bedside tables while the carpet is being fitted (as I write) Bed due at lunch time.

I thought it was cooler today but the sweat is pouring off me having battled with a super king-size duvet and pillow cases

Definitely cooler here today, keeps clouding over as well - looks as if we will get rain at some point.
Got a bit of ironing to do, but that will have to wait as the children are here all day.

Wish i had a craft room to tidy am waiting for my son to leave home again, one can only hope cant one.

Bit cooler here today we have just had a downpour but the sun keeps putting in an appearance not much planned this week dont think we will be going for fish and chips after work we only go when its nice still must keep of the fish and chips to many calories.

Does anyone know anything about these trampolines that you can get for exercise we were thinking of getting one but dont know enought about them?

Bed due any time now, washing whizzing round and I'm keeping an eye on those black clouds.
Might get some craft done this afternoon after aerobics.

The mini 'rebound' trampolines are great and fit under the bed when not in use too!

It is absolutely pooring it down here now and thundering and lightening ive just got drenched coming in cos i needed the loo .

Janette, the little trampolines are great, I have one that I don't use anymore, shame you don't live closer or you could have it. I think they cost about £30 or so. Its quite fun as long as you do it alone with the curtains drawn! Took me straight back to my childhood jumping oon the bed! Can'ty use it anymore as that sorta exercise aint great for my knee or ankle x

Afternoon ladies, have enjoyed my morning - a littlen rain but much cooler so have been able to sit in my craft room. Have made the card I needed to make for my friends husband so am pleased about that, just got to do the inserts now for all 3 cards. Can only show 1 on here though at the moment when I have let it dry and can photograph it. Will also photograph my stash which is still all packed in my bad I can then play with all the things as havent had time so far.

Glad you had a good morning Lou, and glad to see you have got both computers working albeit with a cable across the floor I asked Martin and he started asking me all sorts of questions like has she got this or that - like I would know.

Janette, I have bought several exercise things - exercise bike, a roller board etc. but the only thing I really found worked for me and I used most was my pilates machine(and I havent used that for about a year). They really do work but you have to use them. The other things ended up being coat hangers until we got rid of them. Have never tried the trampoline but my daughters friend had one in her bedroom - which again never got used

Jackie believe me i did not want to stay in while it was thundering and lightening, but had no choice has the rain was soo heavy and i did not take a brolly out with me . I have now Its gorgeous here again and dry , i have just added my card to the mothly challenge section

Kayleigh eventually went to sleep at midnight and has been suffering a bit at school. Hopefully the next 2 days will pass quickly as her appointment is on Thursday
