Re: Soggy Sunday
Good morning Jacky and all that follow.
Yep wet, windy and dark day in Dover as well today.
Hope you manage to get to your dolls fair Jacky
Did you have a lovely time last night Janet?
Where's Jan is she hibernating?
Not much planned for today, need to get an ice hockey table from the car and wrapped up for Jakes without him noticing! Left it in the car overnight as it was raining hard but the weather's not much better yet. Should be fun
Have a lovely day whatever your plans

Re: Soggy Sunday
Morning from a very wet Nottinghamshire. Its poured down all morning. The lawn looks very untidy as all the leaves are coming off the trees.
Amy went to her friends yesterday for a sleepover, she is coming back later on today.
Lunch is on and smelling nice... looking forward to a bit of Roast Pork. Bought a pudd from Iceland yesterday and there is quite a lot left so will have that today.
Enjoy your sunday - think its a day to stay in and keep dry!!

Re: Soggy Sunday
Afternoon all,
Well Shell and her tribe have gone home now.....
Missing her already, the house is just too darn quiet!
Went to a fabulous Fireworks Do last night, the display was extraordinary!
So many fireworks! Never seen them before like that x Absolutely gorgeous. Emily was well enough to go too which was nice, but even though she seems chirpier this morning, Georgia came downstairs this morning with a sore throat and a cough (same as emily got)
They are both tucking into some afternoon ice cream to soothe their throats..... yes I had a bit too!!! No.... I don't have a sore throat! LOL.... just fancied some!
Is Jan OK, haven't seen any posting from her, or has she gone away and I missed a post? Hope you are OK hunny x Big hugs if you are poorly x
Hope you all had a wicked Halloween and that any poorly peeps are getting better.....
Any parents.... hang in there.... they'll soon be back at school.
Not seen Juli (cosmicfairy) about much with have we?

Re: Soggy Sunday
Managed to get to the dolls house fair - went to look at windows, they had the ones we had seen on the internet on display but didnt have them in stock
Resisted having a good look at all the goodies, there are so many gorgeous things for dolls houses now that I was afraid i would go buying and then never finish doing it up. At least we know the windows and doors are what we want so can order them on the internet now. Have also bought some bricks
you know the size of the house Lou, these are individual bricks I am going to put on the bottom half of the house - wish me luck, but the houses he had done in them looked lovely. Will keep me busy over the winter months
Hope it's just internet problem with Jan
and Juli has been away but it back now and posted on Friday

Re: Soggy Sunday
I feel like hibernating not done much this weekend at all
There was me thinking I might have to buy a hat or start up knitting, trouble is I can only do squares
Read your anouncement and it wasn't either of them, never mind there's still time

Re: Soggy Sunday
I know how you feel Jan as I feel like that when SADS kicks in and boy has it kicked in with a vengeance this year, and so suddenly too
So if I sound snippy on here or am missing a few days please ignore me, I'm safer not talking to people when SADS raises its ugly head he he. I've just started my course of Prozac which does help keep me sane and my personality change at bay he he.

Re: Soggy Sunday
I can't imagine you being snippy, you always seem so cheerful! If you often don't feel like it you certainly hide it well
thanks for all the effort!
