These remind me of the time we joined an outing with our church, when several of us met each others amused eyes, and tried to choke back laughter without choking on our food. We'd been having some horrendously stormy weather, shed roofs blown across gardens like scraps of paper etc, when an elderly lady suddenly blurted out to a couple who'd been on holiday "Did you suffer with the wind whilst you were away?" They looked very puzzled, which made it funnier than ever. (Perhaps you had to be there. ) Christine x
