Re: November Challenge
Can't take the credit for the gift card idea as I did it at a Stampin up evening but thought it was a good idea. I used wet glue for my treasure box Jacky.

Re: November Challenge
This is a page from a scrapebook that I have been doing for Dick for his 65th birthday in January, I has taken 18 months to put it all together, and must admit it was fun looking back on all we have done over nearly 45 years together

Re: November Challenge
Great treasure box and gift card holder Sue. I haven't made a treasure box for ages, you've reminded me that they are fun to make
Love the scrap book pages Janet, he will love it to bits and what a wonderful present to have on your 65th birthday:) You don't fancy giving me a kick in the proverbial to start scrap-booking for my daughter and grandchildren do you? he he

Re: November Challenge
Oh Jenny I never thought I would ever make one of these,
did a small one for a friend as a start and found I enjoyed it,
but trying to find the pictures and keepsakes with Dick about was hard, kept asking me what I was looking for,
, but I really did enjoy it, and I left spare pages for his 65th to go in,

Re: November Challenge
Lovely scrapbooking Janet, I really enjoyed doing the one for Ian and started one and was doing a double page for each month, then I broke my foot and my brother died and couldn't get going on it again as my heart wasnt in it. I want to do it again, and hope to start again in January with a new year and put the past behind me again. I also want to do a Family Tree one

Re: November Challenge
You must have know what I've been doing for the last few weeks Sue when you chose this month's theme
Here's a selection of the things that have taken up my time lately
these were made for Des'ree's birthday on Sat.
this one is tissue craft and I place the lid upright so it could be seen.
this one is metal work covering a tissue box.

Absolutely gorgeous Jen, I bet Des'ree loved them
Much better than the boring boxes we make at work and we've been doing it for over a 100 years
