MOrning...

Bit dull out at the moment, but no frost, and no snow! Watching Daybreak this morning, Scotland have snow!
Put some washing on ... see I am hopeful of some sunshine.
No plans for today, will see what happens.

Afternoon Karen and all who follow. We had sun so washing on the line but seems to be clouding over now. Had a nice day yesterday at Roy's for his birthday and tonight his daughter is coming down with his pressie so back there for dinner again. Still got a dry throat but no cold as such - time it disappeared as I've had it since last Monday thanks to DIL and grandsons!! Off to have some lunch now as I feel a bit peckish. Hopefully will get some crafting done this afternoon as I started making three cards on Saturday- not finished any of them. Would have been more sensible to do one at a time.

Good afternoon all. Hope you got your washing dry, we have just had a few big spots, enough to wet the patio and then it stopped. Had our walk this morning but I sat and read my kindle until the pub opened and then went in and had a cup of coffee with another non-walker It was our planned walk so Martin was really pleased that so many of them came up to him at the end and said it was the best walk with the group that they had done so far They gave Martin a birthday card signed by them all but had 60 on it instead of 65 he was pleased that they thought he was younger than he was. Then after we had eaten they brought out a really yummy chocolate cake - also with a 60 candle on it. It was supposed to serve 18 according to the box but somehow only managed 13

Better go and get something done now. Martin has gone to get MOT on his motorbike.
