Early to bed for me

tonight, can't keep getting up at 9am every morning, so a few early nights are in order me thinks, take care all and sleep well

Went to bed 2 hours earlier and got up 1/2 earlier so much for trying to get up at 7

Jan dear your body must be needing that sleep
There is no way you would sleep that length if it didn't

Mine just wants to sleep non-stop
I was pleased that I got downstairs for 10 this morning

I managed a good 8 and a half hours too. Got the earplugs out last night as hubbies cough is still troublesome. Even slept on when the bin men arrided at 6.45!

I think the eye mask helped as well as it blocked out the next door neighbours security lights which are very bright and on and off all night (set off by foxes?)

House opposite has 4 lights on all night and even with lined curtains you can almost sit in bed and read without a light sometimes!
