Storing Tilda stamps
I got some ATC plastic holders that go into an A4 binder and I have used those to store some of my Tildas in as they are just the right size for the smaller ones, been looking to see if you can get the plastic holder things in different sizes for the bigger ones.
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
Another brilliant idea Jan, You can get the bigger ones for photographs because we sold them in the shop I worked in A4 size with 4 pockets, there is ones for business card holders too Will have to go in and look in the book to see what other sizes they do - I think there is CD sized ones too, if I remember rightly
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
Knew they would make them just not seen them, will probably when the coffers start to float again have a look on ebay thanks Jacky
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
It's an Affenpinscher puppy, I just love them, had 3 but now left with just the one and he seems to be like a Duracell battery goes on and on and on
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
And I thought I knew all breeds of dogs I have never seen or heard of them before. It is so cute - how big do they grow. I am going to have to google this Molly was quite ugly as a puppy . I thought poodle puppies would be cute but she got better with age
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
They are around 11 high and have fantastic characters, would love to have another but have said wont get another dog until the 2 I have have gone and the way that Wolfie is will be a long time yet he just seems to keep on going, average lifespan is 11 and he was 15 this year
Before I had them Jacky I don't think I had ever heard of them either they pretty robust little dogs and will walk as far as you will when in their prime poor ole Wolfie is blind, deaf and his back legs aren't the best but he still enjoys his dinner and a good old cuddle and even laughs when you tickle him, he does like this Mutley sound laugh and is really funny

Re: Storing Tilda stamps
Molly is 13 this year, and is going blind but she can still hear the slightest noise. Trouble is she lies there growling when she hears a noise but can't see what it is and seems to be worse if Martin is out which can be very unnerving at times She still chases a ball and just won't give up. We have to stop playing or she has trouble walking later in the day where she stiffens up. In the house she will keep bringing things for you to throw and she catches them all the time but the vet says she is blind Don't know how she can do it. I sent Ian a link to the Affenpinscher site as his wife want's a dog They won't get one yet as they are both working but I think she would like it.
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
'Making Memories' have clear stamp storage folders.
I use an old photo album but its a bit thick.
How about using old CD covers (Stamp and colour a cover picture) and stack them in a CD rack?
You can also buy storage books for coverless CDs to keep in your car - they hold more and are 'fatter'

Doh never thought of those Jane for the bigger ones I have a couple spare lol
Storing Sizzlit Dies
I store all my sizzlit dies in catagories in ATC wallets in a large A4 ring binder. I usually cut a plain white paper sample of each die and place it in the pocket with die for easy searching.

I use them for Sizzlets, Kwickutz dies and small Tildas but some of the bigger Tilda stamps don't fit. There are plastic pocket sheets available with larger sections too but I haven't tracked them down yet.
Re: Storing Tilda stamps
They have a fantastic collection of clear pockets in whsmiths and wilkinsons have ones big enough to store the front pictures from the big sizzix dies for easy reference. You wouldnt believe how many folders I have for reference..........or maybe you would lol
