Creamy Pasta Sauce Empty Creamy Pasta Sauce

I was cooking some pasta yesterday and I'd run out of the passata I usually use as a pasta sauce so I looked around my kitchen. As I had I had some mozzarella in the fridge waiting for me to do a pizza (the family seem to be off pizza at the moment and the cheese doesn't last half as long as its sell-by date), I decided to do a white sauce rather than a tomato one.

I started off with some diced onion - always a good start whilst thinking of something to do - and got it softening in some oil. Then chopped some bacon and some peperoni and added it to the onion. When the pasta was nearly done I added a tin of mushroom soup (always a good standby) and the pack of grated mozzarella to the sauce. It glooped nicely over the pasta.
