I know the feeling My sister has 3 retrievers and her daughter has just started training for the Guide dogs so she usually brings another 3 home. Their lounge is about 12' x 12' and they take up all the floor I don't think I could cope with that. We used to have two dogs, both died within months of each other and swore never to get any more (for a couple of months) then got Molly Why did we change our mind Not really she is very good

They look cute but I find they are more work when they are puppies. Things get chewed too The first couple of nights are the worse, when they cry Molly had a cage and I brought it up next to the bed much to Martin's horror . At least she settled then. She got used to her cage and was ok after.

When I first got my Affies all 3 of them slept on the bed until Wolfie the one I still have spoiled it for the rest by snoring louder than me and waking me up all the time, so they got demoted to the living room
