12th loss 2lbs
19th loss .5lb
26th loss 1.5lbs

July 15:10.5
3rd loss 3lbs!!!!!!!!!
11th will know tonight - watch this space!!!!!!!!!!

I'll join in too my data is not as comprehensive as Jane but i lost 2 lbs last week and will find the data soon, when my life isn't quite as hectic he he.

I was pleased to lose 1lb especially after losing so much last week
and even more delighted not to have put any on since I started at SW
