Oh, I also reached goal with WW recently and now trying to keep the weight off!! I noticed the weigh-in section of the forum

Please please give me some encouragement. I'm sadly the only one that hasn't lost any weight. Infact I have gained weight.

You are kidding aren't you? I should lose over 5 stone according to the doc but I'm aiming for a more realistic loss first.
