Poor Kayleigh I do hope she's not in too much pain and feels a bit easier today

This week has just flown past, 2 more school days and I think it only 3 weeks till I'm off work for 2 weeks.....HOORAY

That will be nice door to door service no slumming it on the buses hopefully you'll get to leave later in the morning and get home earlier
Any plans for your week off? Bit of camping? Train spotting? I know what we need a week in the sun, nowhere too hot with a large jug of something being served to me by a nice gorgeuos man, oops sorry mean us forgot you were there for a moment

I am going to be starting 1/4 of an hour earlier and so finishing that much earlier, doesnt sound much but makes a difference, but getting a lift just makes it harder when I have to go back to getting the bus
A gorgeous young man serving beverages on a hot sandy beach sounds ideal
Havent decided what we are going to do yet, thats the advantage of camping can just pack up and go

Good morning Di, Jan & Andrea and all who follow - I have just received some good news, my friend/neighbour has just become a grandmother. Her daughter had a little girl this morning 8lbs. 7oz. breach but mother and baby are fine
I am supposed to be packing while Martin is taking Molly to the kennels but had to come on here to wish Janet a happy birthday Hope all the poorlies are soon better, hugs to you all and if I cant get a signal while we are away, speak to you when I get back

Hugs to Kayleigh - hope the physio helps - the bath first is probably to warm and relax muscles. The chiropractor always puts an icepack on me if I am bad before she does anything as that takes away any inflammation and it does seem to help. Janette maybe you could try that as well.

Morning everyone. Thanks for the get well wishes for kayleigh the poor thing has now come down with flu like symptoms and an ear infection so we can't go out anywhere or have friends round until they have cleared up. (The dr doesn't think it's swine flu but he just want to be safe so have to keep her isolated from all friends. That's all I need for the summer holidays )
Yes the warm bath is to relax the muscles first before Kayleigh does her physio exercises then once she has done them she has to put ice on her heal for 5 mins to stop any swelling.

I'm going to try and finish the play room today if the weather stays nice

Afternoon ladies, Thank you for all of your good wishes, you are a lovely lot, I have had some wonderful cards from you thank you so much. Quiet at the moment but up to Nicolas tonight with the family for dinner Went to Leeds Castle to do the tethered balloon ride and they had moved it to Wales early on in the year Just wanted to do something `odd` for today, never mind will have a go in Devon next March Hubby surgested a Bungie Jump yer right...
