Hugs for all poorlies and able bodied he he I'll catch up with the numerous posts to find out what you guys have been up to, in a day or two Smile

Morning Di, Janet and Jen and all that follow

Glad you enjoyed your birthday weekend Janet, full marks to the family for the efforts to make it special for you.

Di, enjoy your bead class, I started them but decided it was one hobby too many as I am never home as it is.
and have no more storage space after machine embroidery/machine knitting and cardmaking. LOL!!

Jen, Hope your health improves soon for you, have a great time with your gaming friends. I love the cards you
made with the stamped images (shown in another thread)

Jacky the weather is shining now for your trip to the Victory today so go and enjoy

To all others have a good day whatever you choose to do. I am off to the Building society now for a cheque
to pay for our long weekend in Weston next month and then I think I will have a play with my dreamweaver stuff

Catch you later

Post  Karen R Sat Jul 18, 2009 10:43 pm

Absolutely shattered ... Keith was transferred last night at 9.30 Shocked They started straightaway assessing him, and they are now looking at Tuesday to be operating. He has to have 36 metal plates put in. He is getting pain relief when he asks for it, instead of having to wait 2 hours. He certainly feels a lot happier in the new hospital.
The hospital is a nightmare to get to, but wanted to go. We all got upset when we had to leave. But at least we are another step forward.
I have done nothing but get upset today... said my goodbyes to my Mum who is going to Falmouth for a week. Then my next door neighbour offered to take me next week - which is so kind as he doesnt get home from work until 5.30 .
In one respect I am looking forward to next week as I dont have to be running up and down to school 3 times a day, and I will have time to relax without the children wanting to play. Amy has been absolutely brilliant, she is so supportive and such a wonderful daughter to love.
Anyway... enjoy the rest of your weekend, take care

Good news Karen that they have finally moved Keith and decided on a plan of action and hopefully he will be on the mend proper very soon, don't blame you being upset it is a very emotional time when loved ones are in hospital especially as this seems to have been going on for so long with nothing happening but that's all about to change and then Keith will be home and better very soon Smile Well done to Amy to for being so supportive Smile
