T T T Thursday already !!!!!

Not sure what the weather is doing out there this morning (blinds still shut & my eyes hehehe) but it does feel a little cooler
Di hope Jake is feeling better now and good to hear your leg is feeling better Jacky

We have got Mike's parents down on Saturday for a week, pity they couldnt make it when we were off but couldnt be helped. Mike's Dad had a vein stripped from his leg and they left the wound open in his groin and it got infected, cant work out why they didnt just stitch it up and be done with it, so he has had to go to the doctors everyday for it to be packed. They said not to worry about them and they will use ours as a base and sort themselves out so thats ok Going to give there room a going over today and make the bed etc, have been keeping fairly on top of the housework so not to bad
Think I might have to invest in one of these Wii things of the results are that good, a few people I have heard of have lost weight using them and fun doing so

Couldn't find the time to get on yesterday as Jakes was still poorly. Thanks for all your lovely postings it was great to read them today.
He went to Kids Club on the Monday and I think they were out all day in the sun running around and he may have suffered from heat stroke. He had been sick several times with a high temperature but fingers crossed he perked up yesterday evening and he slept soundly in his own bed last night so hopefully he'll wake up feeling good today.

Hope all the poorlies are feeling a bit better today and everyone else has a good day too.

I know the feeling Janet - with Martin home from work during the school holidays I dont seem to have much time for crafting

Morning everyone , Headache gone now feel abit blurry , typical migrainey , hope i am not going to start getting them might be a bit of stress , hope Jake is fully recovered today,Dulcie still having a great time at Hindleap Warren , we are certainly enjoying the peace but oddly enough are missing her , Rupe gets his AS results today so watch this space...ha ha , no one ever witnessed him doing any work so its a bit of a worry !

Glad your headache has gone Lexie - forgot that I had a really bad one last night too. Felt really nauseas too but thought that may be the antibiotics but had a really thumping headache - my sinus spray didnt work so I took paracetamol too but that didnt seem to do the trick either. I obviously fell straight to sleep last night and it has disappeared this morning and I had forgotten about it

Morning ladies. Cooler here today and wet! There must be something in the air as I had a migraine last night as well. For some reason I've strated getting them again. Used to get them once a month but they stopped when everything else stopped. Started to get them again a couple of months ago - had 5 in a couple of weeks so went to the doctor but he didn't seem concerned- said keep taking migraleve if it works for you but if they get too often he'd give me a prophylactic!

Had intended cleaning cooker today but need to put stuff on overnight so will do it later. Going to make some cards instead

My Rupe did'nt do too bad 1b 2c's 1d so he's dropping physics , I would of liked all b's but no too bad for a lad who did'nt appear to be doing any work , so next year got to pull his socks up !!!! Its sooo frustrating he's clever and does no work Dulcie struggles and does sometimes really try ! Kids where would I BE WIHOUT THEM , LET me think .....somewhere warm ,I'd have loads more cash .....need I CONTINUE LEXIE

Hello can't stop long, as still can't sit for long!

Some of you are poorly I can tell but have just taken my diazepam so I read it and then forgot it all again, I am so sorry x

I hope anyone who is feeling, has felt, or is on the verge of getting anything horrid recovers fast with a lovely hugs from me xxxxx

Have been making tonnes of cards, well, when you strapped to a tens machine or heat pad all you can do is trim out craft stuff innit!!!

Nice to see you on here Lou, even if it's just a fleeting visit. Glad you are managing to get some cards done - that was my intentions but haven't done any crafting today. It's all Lexies fault, I looked at the Craft Barn website and Martin suggested we had a trip out there - I jumped at the chance and now my purse is a little bit lighter. Glad it's not too close as I wouldn't have any money with going to the Crafty Cow too They have a great selection of stamps which are exclusive to them

I popped in to yesturday lunch time I came away very light .....The damm place is far too near for me takes about 5mins which is a pain 'cos I am always there !.....lexie x
