Serves 2-3 (or make one, freeze one in smaller container)

1. Cook a pack of Quorn sausages and slice
2. Boil 2 potatoes and 2 sweet potatoes till soft, mash (add some low fat fromage fraise or Quark to make more creamy)
3. Fry a couple of onions in 'Fry-light' till soft and brown then add a glug of Worcestershire Sauce or half a spoon of Marmite to flavour
4. Mix onions and sauages with a can of Baked Beans and put in an ovenproof dish
5. Top with the mashed potatoes and spray with Spray-Lite (1 cal spray)
6. Bake in a hot oven to brown for about 15 minutes.

YUMMY and virtually 'free on Green' if you are with Slimming World.

I think I will too but afraid will substitute the quorn sausage for low fat real ones Laughing I'm not dieting but it sounds really good.
