Re: October Card Swap, all in one
Oh gawd mine has been sent to Frances but looks like something a nursery school kid would make , I enjoyed the concept but was'nt happy with what I made ...... CRAFTROOM STUFF any day .....!!!! Lovely things everyone else has made , maybe I need to think out my box a bit more ! Enjoyed glass painting today , I took a wine glass and pained ' This wine is mine ' on it and decorated it , had a bit of a giggle. .Dulcie has gone out this evening , a friend of ours her daughter is 17 today and a big group of them , have gone to a cafe /bar in town , the underage young people can stay until 9 , they were all having a bite to eat, well madam has got all dolled up and I dropped her off , as she could'nt see anyone she immediately said ' take me home ' but they were all sat in a corner and she was made welcome , another young lady I'd already asked to keep an eye on her make sure she gets the right change etc, she nearly did'nt go as she was panicing about the money change etc but she has gone and I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see how she has got on !!! Iam just a anxious mum I suppose....but I do worry about her , at least I know all the youngsters from church and they all know what she is like ........ tell you about it tomorrow

You lucky thing Jane!!!!!!!!
I wish I could smell the chocolate but with this stinking cold everything smells like cat's pee! Can't taste anything either so didn't bother with the glass of wine I'd planned. Clive said I'd overdone the chilli but it didn't register on my taste buds - ooops

Re: October Card Swap, all in one
Hi all
Got a lovely card from Lou/LoopyLou but my camera has just told me its flat (never remember to charge the bleepy thing!) so will post a piccy during the week.
I'm officially stumped. Even with a box full of goodies I struggle for inspiration so gawd knows what Lou is going to get in return.... eeek!!!
Loving everyones artistic efforts. I think mine might be a yoghurt pot with a bit of junk mail stuck in the top at this rate

Don't know what that bit of blue ribbon is doing there it was attached to he top !!!! And I cut that from the sweater I was wearing !!! The backing is from a layout in a scrap book magazine , the santa is from a 'stitches advert ' in a magazine , the buttons are some my friend cutoff of something and never got round to using them ( she is a cross stitcher )the backing bit of card for Sanda had ink allover tthe back and was in he bin......
