Dont know where yesterday went and didnt realiseid not posted must be all them games Nothing planned except ive changed my fitness regime the flab shaker did not do anything thing except ease my back and leg so am off to gym for a free trial and see what happens. Sorry I haven't been about for a couple of days..... not been too great but am feeling a bit better now thank gawd! I hate it when I don'ty even have the energy or motivation to turn the computer on, then you know I am ill! LOL

Been all over today, am shattered now but it was pouring with rain this morning so we did asda first! Then we have been wandering round garden centres and places admiring all the christmas deccies that are out! I am getting well festive!!!
