Did anyone else not get thier cards???

Hi girls, have been computerless, and internet less for a while. managed to get back online today.
So not managed to catch back up. I posted 6 cards 31st Dec. Up to now only one arrived on SAt 16th. Just seen Top Grans list and Mine isn't there. If not I am really sorry, can you let me know and I will get one to you by the end of the week at the latest. I can only apologise. Am really sorry and I feel awful.
Will be taking this back to the Shop friday as the problem not solved. But I will log on regularly this week.
