WARNING FOR JANE POPPYTREE .....DON'T YOU DARE TELL US ABOUT THE GLORIOUS WEATHER ...
Snow is settling here good and proper and I am seriously hacked off !

Sorry Lexie, I hate to tell you, but the temperature at 8.30 this morning was 24 and by the time we'd had breakfast it was 26. It could get to 40+ this afternoon and that's no fun either!

Can't get used to the cloudy skies (little white fluffy ones) being a sign of heat/humidy I think it is going to be cooler - not true. There was plenty of snow in Epsom too evidentally, but thankfully the roads were clear this time.

Off to the cycling soon so better find my sun hat and get the factor 30 on. I'll report back on the race later. Here's something to make you laugh...................

Getting seriously addicted to the Wii and we all spent the night 10 pin bowling once the girls were in bed. My step routine is good and the knee is functioning quite well. My hula hooping is a sight for sore eyes and even better after a glass of Chardonnay! We woke them up with the raucous laughter when I was trying to fly like a bird onto targets surrounded by sea. THe sweat was pouring off me and I've lost a couple of pounds already. Think we may need to invest in one when we get back.

(PS It's now 10.00am, cloudy and its 30.6)

(PPS 40.5 at 3.00pm!)

The one she was fairly confident about she got 54% and the one she had convinced herself she had failed as it was so difficult and she self taught that one, she got 76%. Dont know what she got on the other one but I know she thought she may just scrape through Laughing She was so excited when she phoned this morning Very Happy

Morning all. Lovely day here but not as warm as Oz! Had a walk to PO with ATCs and parcel to send back to Amazon then walked the long way back to get some exercise!

Lou hope your injection has had desired effect!

Congrats to Sally! What exams were they?

Should have been going to a crop tonight but just had email to say lady who hosts it is not well so cancelled. I'd just packed my bag too! Never mind it means it's ready for next month!

Off to spend another few frustrating hours trying to learn to draw things on Inkscape. Found lots of tutorials that tell you what to click for a particular project but not why your doing it so its difficult to transfer what your doing to another project if that makes sense.
