April Fools Day !!

Just a little reminder, so you dont get caught out!

We have sunshine at the moment. So the washing machine is on, and will hopefully get the washing dried today. Yesterday I had to nip up to the Drs. and it was so cold out - thought we might have had some snow. But no... just more rain!
Had the window cleaner yesterday and its now putting the insides to shame, so may have to do that little job this morning! Pity Keith doesnt take after his Dad... he HAS to do the windows!!!
Also got to feed my neighbours cats... its the one who has ferrets and snakes - fortunately I dont have to do them!!!
Right better dash.. off down to mum's - will be glad when they get the Carer in earlier - it will give me a couple of hours to do my job, rather than starting then stopping. We had another OT in last week and they agreed that 10.00 was too late, especially with mum being diabetic. I know the Carers are doing their best to get it sorted.

Good morning Karen and all who follow. Just a quick visit while Martin is taking Molly to the kennels. Just about packed and ready to go but I am feeling really sick thinking about it The weather doesnt help either - although it's sunny here at the moment the forecast for up there isnt good. Dont work too hard Karen, hope they sort out an earlier carer for your mum soon

Was a bit of a giggle at school this morning when I went into the office to tell them Georgia wasn't going to be in for the last day and her actual class teacher was on the phone having a conversation with a parent. He caught my attention and started doing some animated mime of something to try and let me know something... he kept drawing a circle with his free hand and the flapping his arm like a chicken! I gathered it meant he had an easter egg for Georgia and wanted me to wait! The rest of us in the office were near hysterics! Bless him,..... he got each kid in his class a small egg each! That cheered her up when I got home from the school run, luckily I only live one road away from the school and it only takes 10 minutes so as it is cold and wet and windy this week I have left Georgia in the house whilst taking Emily up there....

Hello my lovekies well Iam back ! Can't say I am very happy about it !!! We had a fantastic holiday and now I feel very flat and very fat !!!! Mum totally spoilt us ,,,, We arrived back tuesday morning , my lovely friends met us at5 Heathrow , Dulcie was round st5raigh after school , and Ian and Kat5hryn came round in the evening , Rupe came round for a fleeting vist yest5urday afternoon , and we went5 t5o Sheilas for supper last night ....wow ...non stop already ! The cat appeared to love it in the catery .... so a good time had by all !
Dulcie off to Wales next week with her youth group , so great excitement over that .....
Well I've got a few c hores to do and a lot of posts to catc h up on ....
Jacky have a good time where ever your off to are you off in the van ???? Enjoy .

Boo Hoo.....I'm quietly seething and building up steam now...................

The post came with lots of stuff but NO CERTIFICATES - they were ordered on 6th March and should have been despatched by the 29th. How come Karen managed to order her Citizenship certificate and apply for a new Aussie passport at the same time and hers has all arrived - (and certified FREE by the local JP!)

Got 2 hospital appointments though and both of them are during the one week we are on holiday and said I wouldn't be available between 27th May and 7th June! What's wrong with this country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nobody listens and nothing happens.

Jane... hugs from me as well - its so infuriating for you. As for your appointments, it makes you wonder if anyone does in fact listen. Hope you can get them changed without too many problems!

Gin and tonic on a can't find anything else to drink day but ordinarly Vodka and Tonic or Wine wine and more wine .... Iam pretty sure its got water and fruit in so can;t be too bad for you can it ?????
