It happened to me several times over a year ago so I know how you feel.

I've PMd the people concerned more than once but had no reply.... yet. I will try phoning them tomorrow and chase them up again. So sorry you've been disappointed.

It is quite upsetting when you get nothing in return especially when you have made an effort. Lexie, Andrea and Juli I'll send yet another reminder for you.

Hopefully you'll get a acknowledgement and maybe a swap card too.
