Update on daughter

First of all thank you for the kind comments. Jade had an operation today to fix her back and hopefully will make a recovery before she goes to Uni in September. (over 200 miles away from me). She will have to wear a supporting brace around her body for 6 weeks and then take it easy for a while as it will be 6 months before she is fully recovered. I would like to add that Jade had never climbed a tree before Sunday and as assured me she never will again !!

Thanks for the update Chris, so glad she is recovering now and thank goodness she will not be climbing trees again Which Uni is she going to.

She is going to Southampton Solent to do Film Studies. She wants a career in the film industry.

Oh, lovely down there. My son and nephew both went to Southampton University

Thanks for up date Chris what a worring time for you , glad she is making a good recovery .My godson went to Southampton but only did a year ( thats another story !) flippin kids no wonder we go grey ..... of course not me natural blonde ! ha ha ...

These young bones heal in time , once you get on a bit takes longer thank goodness IAM ONLY 49 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Sticking ,,,well till tomorrow ! Crazy thing is Iam excited abou being 50 how sad is that ! Dulcie choose my gift today she sneaked off with my friend , a huge PINK hydranger its beautiful ! also yesturday Sheila brough me ' lovely lady ' PINK ROSE BUSH beautiful ...and I 've got my surprise night out to look forward to . I've already had my camera from Micky , and my lovely bracelet from mum so IAM SPOILT !!!!

Well happy 50th to you!! Hope you have a good day. I brought her home from hospital yesterday but she has to wear the full brace for 2 months and then for an hour a day. She takes it off to lay down but that is all. She can't bend or do a lot of things and finds it hard to get comfy in a chair etc so I hope she gets better soon as it will drive her nuts !!

Glad you have her home again Chris, but I think you will probably find it just as bad as her as I am sure she will be frustrated Hugs to you both, gentle one for her
