Where to get the new colours of distress refills, and need a good cutter

I m moving to UK(well partially) and i need a new paper cutter, any recomandations?


also i need the new tim holtz refills, i d like the whole set i think, unless anyone has used them and think sum colurs are to similar to the old ones???

If thats the case, what is the must have colours?

and last question; where can i get this cheapest way possible?

All these items can be bought online but you may need to search to compare prices.

Paper cutters come in all shapes and sizes from mini portable ones with sliding blade to huge guillotines or rotary cutters.

You can buy cheap paintbrushes in stationers or £1 shops but the best quality ones are available in craft or art shops.

Look on line as some places do free post and package !when you moving and where ?

I m gonna live sum here in Norway and sum with my bf(soon getting engaged) in Dover, more accurate Whitfiield.( also have a m8 who lives in Gilligham)

i m actually coming in about 10 days,lol

My only need to have when it comes to a paper cuter is that it cuts straight and it would be good if its easy to measure things as i m just terrible when it comes to getting things straight and nice.....

dont want a crappy brush but do want the best price ofcourse.....
