Jane's 3 1/2 hour op went well. Slept well , relaxed but sore. Was a little woozy last night when I visited last night but that was just a short time after Jane had returned from recovery room.

I'm back! Bit tired and sore but everything OK. Tummy a bit swollen but not surprising after all they've done. Good to be back home. Off to veg out in front of the TV.

Won't be on for long - all this typing is exhausting. Thought it would be 4-5 days but made it back in 3! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GOOD WISHES AND CARDS

Had a snooze on the sofa but it was a bit soft and my back's sore now. It's b****y freezing after that lovely warm hospital - off to put te heating on. Psychcing my self up to climb the stairs and put something warm on.

All me bits are finally working at last - what a relief!
