Morning ladies. Had a quick walk round to the PO this morning - got wet - got home and found I'd left 2 behind - they'd got covered up with other stuff Not going there again just now. Think I'll offer to pick Roy up later and post them at the sorting office at the same time! He'll think I'm being very thoughtful

I am here!! I could have been on here at 6.30 this morning... but you know what its like when you have crops to harvest and replant, and then Keith gets up and wants a coffee... you would think by now he would know not to interrupt me!!!
Plus I had to take Mum up to the Drs. try and see if they could give her some different sleeping tablets. Not holding out much hope, but will give them a try.
Have been ironing most of the morning, and then had a phone call from the Carer asking if I could go down and give Mum her lunch... apparently they had had some problems and wouldnt be able to get to Mum's. I usually make her lunch up in the morning and its just a case of making a coffee if she wants one. So now I am back home, just having my lunch and catching up on the puter.
The weather doesnt really know what it wants to do today - its not really cold out either.

Good afternoon ladies not a bad day here . Nothing much doing except swap card and challenge card finished. Not having fireworks tonight has my dads not well and hubby will be home late so fingers crossed for norain tomorrow and we will do it then. Hugs to poorlies off to watch my dr,s now

I have had a complete waste of a day. Tried out the Cricut on scrap paper and worked fine apart from the fact when I selected auto fill it cut out half on one line and half on the other when making tags. Thought I would use the Cricut Design Studio and do it all on there but didn't weld the bits together so wasn't completely cut out. Didn't have the colour card I wanted anyway so popped to the local shop to get some. By then it was lunch time After lunch came up and designed a whole page of words - welded together and thought it would be useful to save it for another year but nothing is ever simple - the program crashed and wouldn't save and it wouldn't let me cut out - how I wish I had cut it out first before saving it. I have now given up for today and will have a fresh start tomorrow. Got to clear all the rubbish I have got out all over my craft worktop so that when I do get it all going I can assemble the cards.

Hope the dogs are behaving Karen, glad you are keeping up with your harvesting I think our lot are going to the school fireworks tomorrow and I will be stuck at home making all the food and looking after the dog(s) I don't like fireworks

The fireworks started as soon as it got dark , kept the cat in , then Mick emptied the bin the Cat got out he went missing for a hour but has just walked in shaking and smells like a bombfire ! His dad is giving him a big cuddle now !!!
