Re: morning all
When my friend broke her ankle very badly, she was living in the same house as her husband but awaiting divorce. When she made a cup of tea, she put it in a flask, on a tray, and walked pushing the tray with her foot Not so funny though when you know that her husband was in the room watching

Re: morning all
Nothing brave about it Andrea just had to do it
There was no way I would have called Alan from Aldershot though he would have come but then that would have meant I would have given in to it and I just know if I had done that I would have cried my eyes out
Hunk would be safe with me Tilly
But as a man of the cloth once said to me 'One can look at the menu without partaking of the meal'
And Alan would still continue making the 'wooden drawers' for my craftroom Jayne you wee minx
Oh Jackie that is sooo bad! Your poor friend

Re: morning all
Jan used to have a washing basket with a system whereby she could wrap it around her waist and pull. You could do the same and make a flask of drink I do think that Jay's answer was the easiest solution - snack and drink in the kitchen when Alan isn't there
