Valentines Day

Morning ...

Happy Valentines Day to all my forum friends xxx

Its a lovely sunny day, have done some washing and will put that out in a minute... I am busy entertaining some men at the moment! The Heating Engineers are here, 2 of them, both Polish - one can speak reasonable English, the other... can just say Hello and nod.... a lot!!! I can see problems arising... the boiler they have brought in is a lot bigger than the one we have at the moment.
Amy has gone off to school today somewhat reluctant. They have what is called Curriculum Day, in the past they have had Theme days of the 1930's, Olympics etc. Today is.... Murder Mystery What a waste of a day. Amy did do it last year, and scared herself... she said it was so real. Think she will be glad when today is over.
Ah well... better get back to coffee making duty - take care and have a good dayxx

Good morning Karen and all who follow - beautiful here to and I have just got my second load in the washing machine too. Had a miniature red rose bush from Martin this morning Now he is about to go off to golf. We have our walk tomorrow and the weather forecast isn't good for it why couldn't we have done it today.

Hope they manage to sort out your boiler - I thought they were getting smaller not bigger hope it all goes well for you.

Morning Karen, Jacky and all who follow. The sun is trying to come out through the black clouds so hopefully it wont rain as I have washing in the machine too. I have Joshua off again, he has a bad headache and feels sick. (Roll on next week. it's half term and he can have a good rest)

Afternoon all. Had to get up early today- Roy arranged for roses to be delivered at 7am!!!!

2 dozen lovely red roses but would have preferred a later delivery- good job he told me last night or I'd still have been asleep! Decided I need a relaxing week after my efforts last weekso have spent the morning vacuuming, tidying up and sorting out paperwork. Where does it all come from? Got to deliver birthday card to friend this afternoon and go to PO (I WILL POST YOUR CARD LOU I PROMISE!)
