Breast Clinic ....

Afternoon Girls ....
WELL, Iam knackered , the clinic went well .Had another more indepth mammogram , and that was inconclusive of what was normal breast tissue and something not normal ! Had to have a biopsy , which although not painful was a bit uncomfortable ! BUT the situation was solved by a tall handsome in a ugly kinf of way Italian Consultant whohad the most divine accent .... So I've...
come home with a huge dressing on my boob and got to get biopsy results on friday 26th ( 10 days ) ...but breast care nurse and consultant seem to think its just my normal tissue ..... so girlies watch this space .no lumps or bumps to be felt so girls do me a favour and check your boobs tonight !

Lexie.. sorry to hear you had to have a biopsy.. thinking of you and keeping things crossed for your results.

Had a bit of a uncomfortable night , dressing not only huge but very tight ( to help prevent bruising )and think I was bit allergic to the adhesive as it was really itchy , so relief to get it off this morning ! Only a little bit bruised with a couple little scratches ! feel very cofident that everything is going to be fine !
Karen the consultant was gorjuss but I might have just been won over by the accent .... bit of a sucker for an Italian accent hahahaha
I made him laugh as he was leaning over me and having a rrod and poke i said where are you from ... ITALY HE SAYS ,been here 7 years ... I said did you grow while you were here .. well you don't usually get very tall Italians he howled with laughter ... broke the ice I suppose !!

Know karen at that particular moment in time , topless laid half on my side with my arm above my head I did'nt actully rememmber to pinch his bum I was being sedated gently by the accent , think he was only saying spagetti bolagnaise but mmmm sounded tempting hahahahaha

to be honest feeling very positive , they were soo lovely in there .Mick said when we walked in the dor i was shaking from head to foot .... what a wipm oops wimp !

Hiya Lexie, sorry to read you had to go thru it hun....know what you mean about having someone nice doing the proceedure tho taking some of the stress out of it!

I always had a bit of a thing for one of the physios on the rehab ward....but when I went in just after my back surgery he had to assess if the wond was healed enough to go to hydro so I had to lower my knicks to reavel my black bottom to him...the bruising was huge!!!!! Felt bloomin mortified!!!!! he laughed and said he aint seen one that big in a long time so I asked if he was referring to my ass or the bruise...he assured me it was the brooze......but I dont believe him!!!

I know exactly what you mean lou , being of the big breasted type myself , I have got a huge bruise on my boob looks aful not hurting now but top of arm still uncomfortableif i lift it up above head ..... I know don't lift it above my head !!!!....surprising how often you do that though hahahahah

Have just been through this with my sister, thankfully she got the all clear, hope it goes well for you and they get your result through quickly, the waiting is the worst bit

I must admit I don't check my boobs very often, but I do do it.

going to the clinic tomorrow , but am feeling very positive ! so much else going on have'nt really had time to dwell on it !!! think of me tomorrow , but the bruise is something else ....
