Morning...

Wall to wall sunshine for us this morning.
Amy is off to the cinema and Bowling with some friends today. No doubt we will be going down to Mum's to do more jobs. Looks like we have a tenant, the Estate Agent is going to see her to go through things, and to sign on 'that' dotted line!
The other lady that came out to see the house, has apparently seen more than 10 houses! and has moved around a bit.. makes you wonder
Right... better go and feed the cats across the road - I always check the snake tank to make sure they havent escaped... the door is only stuck with blu-tack!

Been to garden centre to top up on bird food and buy a new feeder- I knocked the other one when I was cutting the grass and it fell and shattered. Didn't sleep well last night so feeling a bit dozy today- nothing new there I hear you all say!

Seems very quiet on here this week.

Oh and Karen I still need lemons

Hope the snakey is still blue tacked in Karen!! I like snakes, my SIL used to have a gorgeous corn snake called Oscar and I used to hold him all the time.

Hope you get your lemons Sue...I gather we are playing on facebook? lol!!!

Have been so busy with the kids its wearing me out but am so enjoying having them home. We went to Chessington yesterday and that was fab, very tiring but so great to see Ady and the kids enjoying time together. We have been trying to make use of his one day off a week to make that the day we do something really good...last week it was Marwell, the week before it was the New Forest and the week before that we went crabbing in Littlehampton. Going to have a lighter day next Tuesday and go for a carvery lunch and maybe some more crabbing in the afternoon at Littlehampton. Finances are straining a little cos Chessington is just soooo expensive to get into these days.x

Having a pig of a day ......... again! Tried to tone down my hair (too dark) with highlights and left it on too long - got ginger patches now. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Clive was due in for lunch at 2.00 after a morning gardening job - its now 5.00 and still now sign of him, his car or trailer. If he was planning to go to cricket he wouldn't have taken the trailer and he's not answering his mobile.

Glad your having a good time Lou, we have had a lovely day at St. Ives going in on the new guided bus - on a track. Weather has been good to us, rained as we got on the bus to come back to Cambridge but a clear night now. Forecast not good for tomorrow so going to Duxford. I can sit and drink coffee reading my book while Martin looks at all the planes.
Pleased to see on FB that Clive returned safely Jane. Great that you have found a tenant so quickly Karen and watch that snake don't get you I think you are really brave going in the house.
