MONDAY
Good morning all.
I have Sarah and Matthew coming today for a few days, think the children are off school for a week. She quite often used to come with him during the week, but then he started to school in September to things had to change. lol Dad is left behind to fend for himself lol but he won't starve
I am at the charity shop this morning, then going out to lunch with a friend, so I should just about be home when they arrive.
Do hope you all have a good day.

Re: MONDAY
Our day is nearly over here and it has been an expensive one.
The deposit on the house has gone through and contracts have been exchanged.
Ordered a nice honey beige leather suite - won't get it till after Christmas sadly
Ordered 2 single beds for the girls or visitors (or Clive if his snoring gets too loud)
Bought a Toyota Yaris (metallic blue) 3 years old and only 20,000 miles on the clock - they are tinting the windows for us free of charge and we collect it at the end of the week - phew...............
the Chardonnay should be cooled by now - we need it after all that!
Have a great day everyone and don't get too cold (its a cool 16 and very windy here today and no sign of the sun )

Re: MONDAY
Morning ladies...
Lovely sunshine here, blowing my washing out nicely as well!
Have hoovered downstairs and Amy is going to do upstairs for me.
Keith is at Hospital this morning... all his Appointments come at the same time - he has another one on Friday.
Not sure what else I can do today, leg is playing up, so this may call for a bit of rest! Also got a book from the library on Saturday, so can always start that.
Enjoy your day xx

Mine too! Need to get it all done today as rain forecast tomorrow!
Morning all! Well Michael did bathroom ceiling yesterday and it looked good but once it had dried it's going to need at least one more coat. Wish I could reach it myself 'cos I could have done it this morning. But even on the step ladder I can't reach the bit that really needs doing over the bath!
Roy went back to work this morning but had just phoned to say he's coming home again. He still sounds full of cold although he didn't seem too bad yesterday.
Must clear craftroom floor as well before I break my neck!
Re: MONDAY
Good afternoon girls, just a brief post whilst the heat from my recent shower and the painkillers are fresh in my system!!!
Sending you all big snuggles whether you want them or not!!! Tough!
Its a bit of a mixed bag here, sunny one minute and cloudy and threatening rain the next, probably cos the wind is blowing the bejesus outta everything!
Hope everyone is well or at least on the road to recovery.
Marion hope you enjoy having the family stay hun x Have a lovely time with them. Yes it is half term for the kids, mine are off too which is fab cos I go into hossy on monday next week so I get the week before it with them which is ideal.
Jane what an expensive but good day for you, getting so many things sorted. Sorry you dont have the fab weather today but just remember we STILL have to put up with it more than you from now on so no moaning!!!
Karen I always find all my hossy appts knit together too, I can have a couple of weeks of nothing and then 3 in a week! Hope he gets on ok x Can I ask why were you hoovering when your leg is playing up? Am sure lovely Amy could have managed both!!
Hi Sue, glad the ceiling has had a coat done, hope he gets the 2nd done quick smart! Poor Roy these colds about at the moment are absolute blinders.

Hehe do you all like my new co-driver on the Portaloo? His name is Rhys, he has cerebral palsy and he is abslutely adorable and a happy little chappie! We had great fun riding round on my scooter at the wetlands in Arundel!
Re: MONDAY
What a happy pair you look - great photo. Not moaning about the weather really - the blue sky and sunshine is gorgeous and it will soon warm up (unlike you poor people back in the UK - so sorry winter is approaching and the short days and getting much colder for you) - Good excuse to stay indoors and dolots of crafting.

He is gorgeous Lou, saw your FB photos of him and fell in love - didn't realise he had cerebral palsy either, he has such a great smile.
Posted this yesterday but for some reason it didn't appear. As I did it on my phone I think I may have forgotten so send it
