Good morning ladies yes mr is out here too , its a lot better than yesterday it threw it down all over my washing

Good morning all. Sun is shining here too Yesterday went to friends hog roast 60th birthday. They had hired tables and chairs and it was all set out with tablecloths and vases with flowers in them it looked lovely from their lounge window I felt so sorry for them they had gone to so much effort, not to mention expense, but it threw it down all day. The meat was really good though, very tender, first time I have had a hog roast. We all still enjoyed ourselves though, luckily they have quite a big lounge

Sorry things didnt go well for your friends party Jacky, the weather was awful yesterday, but beautiful sun this morning if not a bit blowie. Janetx

it is such a shame when the weather lets you down on days like that
I was used to making alternative arrangements for things like that up in We(s)t Lothian
But you would thinnk down here at this time of year you would be safe

Just on for a short while as I have a birthday card to make for my daughter's boyfriend
He is a hill-walker so doing that as a theme
Well a bit more than that actually as he has just walked the West Highland Way as practice for climbing a charity climb of Kilimanjaro next year for charity

I get nauseous in high heels
I have been warned to be on my best behaviour
So instead of sitting in the house I have been in my craftroom most of the time
I had a wee go at making an orchid from paper
My first attempt has actually turned out not too bad
If I get it right I will let you know and take a photo
