How Stupid!
I'm really annoyed at how stupid I was last week. I ordered some ribbons from Create and Craft that were on their Craftathon via the website. When I tried to place the order the site kept coming up with a message saying error, but in stead of ringing them I tried again the next day. Result - I've now got 3 packs of the ribbon. Erghh will have to return it and hope they refund quickly

Easily done when you are trying to make sure that you don't miss out on a bargain. Which ones did you buy the oganza or the satin ones ?

Why not see if someone on here wants to buy one before you send them back? It might be a quicker way of getting the money back than relying on C&C.

Glad to be of help I know lots of us like what C&C sell but just don't like their service. Likewise it would take 2-3 weeks at least to get your money back. This way its a win:win situation

Yes. I'm so pleased I posted on here as I wasn't too sure about sending the stuff back and having to fight for a refund. They're not like QVC when it comes to customer service that's for sure.

Create and Craft don't know the meaning of the phrase "Customer Care" they are diabolical. The same applies to Ideal World as a whole. It took me 8 months and a letter to FlyFlot management to get back the money that Ideal World owed me for returned FlyFlot boots. I got it back though ... terrier with a bone springs to mind he he
