I have put them in date order, so cards for Donalda are the first one we make and it's not for a couple of months, plenty of time

Hi ladies.
Right it looks like we have a good few on the list thats good, now what i need you to do is send me your full name , address, d.o.b, and private email address.
So every other month i will send you the details of the ladies whos birthday will be coming up,so in fact the lady should get 11 birthday cards through her letterbox.

I am sorry but i have a rule, if anyone does not send a card they will be taken off the list, but if the lady gets in touch with me saying for some reason she cannot send one that will be fine , but if it is a case of just forgetting well she will out of the door ( he he) i am in a birthday club on another forum and thats how it is run and it works just fine.
So i hope you will all be happy with this set up, anything you would like to know just PM me
