Good morning Ladies and Gents,

At long last Moo vision is back and I'm at home to watch it
Scotty I hope your feeling better today, have you ever tried Tiger balm for your aches and painss? you can get it in Boots the chemist and you rub a little where ever it hurts, but don't get it near your eyes or any other more private areas I get a lot of pain due to ME and it really helps.

Whats everyones plans for the weekend? Saturday we are going to a book fair some where in Essex, Alan loves old factual books about London and Cornwall and I'm sure we must have every one ever printed but he will still find some thing to buy.

Sunday we have nothing planned as yet, but I will get some craft shopping in some where.
