Thanks, what you said made so much sense Jayne, there is this obsession with being "perfect", "beautiful" that is all around us and hard at times not to get drawn into it and become critical of oneself. I am average and I love it he he

Great Jacky, isnt funny we should all be confidant by now, but I am still unsure of so many things, my daughter in law has so much and is so sure of herself, perhaps I should rub up against he a bit more, she might pass some on Its lovely `seeing you all` Janet xx

My daughter is just so full of confidence. She has never failed a job interview when she was travelling the world she just convinced them she was just great. Her boss jokingly said to her the other day "remind me why I employed you" and she replied "because I'm just great in interviews" I don't know where she gets it from, her older brother is nothing like her in confidence.

I have more confidence now than I ever had. Finally accepted I am who I am and others can take it or leave it!
I don't plan to change (except hopefully for the better as there's always room for improvement) to please anyone

Do you think height comes into it, I am only 5ft. 2., I dont mind being that height, [wish they made trousers and skirts 3inch. shorter] when I wear high heels I feel better.

Isn't strange how you get a picture of people in your head and when you see the photo they are not quite how you imaged? It's odd, as I feel I am chatting to old friends on here and yet I've only just discovered what some of you actually look like.

I have got rid of my duck
No way was this going to be a close-up piccie
And I have sneakily included Jimmy so that the piccie doesn't scare new, or any other, members away

Ok, it is an old one and ok you can't really see me but I am looking for another one so this will have to do for now

what you see is what you get, I dont
plan on changing well apart from loosing

If confidence is anything to do with height I'm only 4ft 11ins so now wonder I'm lacking confidence he he
