Punch A Mate Help

Can anyone help me? Since being diagnosed with not only osteoarthritis but also osteoporosis I am starting to struggle with using my punches. I met up with a lovely friend only y’day and she has a ‘punch mate’. I have heard of them but have I seen any…………..not at all. I have had a look on E Bay & they are about £5 plus postage but not sure if that is a good price. Or does anyone know of anywhere I can get via the Internet to get hold of one.
