Hi Sunnyhope
My craftroom is full of things from Ikea
I have 5 of these cabinets
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40107872
They were a lot cheaper when I bought them but they are so good and the drawers are just slightly bigger than A4
I also have 4 of these:
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60115748
With the brackets to hold them up and the wee metal bins which hold my scissors and brushes
These are the jars in my spice racks that hold my Flower soft, glitter etc
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40064702

I also have a big black bookcase we were going to throw out
That holds my books, magazines and all my A4 and A5 ringbinders that hold my
Flat shapes, Clear stamps, special papers, teemplates and loads of other things (all in categories)
I bought a book binding machine from Lidl ages ago for a bargain price
I make up books, not too thick, and I put all those loose wee items in small sealed bags from Rymans, they come in 2 different sizes, glue the bags onto card and voila all filed
Thats a laugh though because I used to work there and the only people that ever bought them were drug dealers affraid
I get ribbed something awful when I go in to buy them Laughing Laughing

Bags that shirts etc come in handy, they have hangers on them and I have them hanging from the side of the bookcase on hooks
I also have an old filing cabinet that I painted in red, not very well, and it holds all my papers, in categories of course

Now if you are thinking I am mega organised..............forget it!
I keep promising that I will post a photo on here of my craftroom
but it is always in a mess Embarassed Embarassed What a Face What a Face
Hope that helps

You do sound so organised Sadie Laughing I would sound like it too but how can I not cross the room Shocked As soon as I start doing something, everything seems to have to come out Laughing

THAT! is exactly my problem!!!
I could clear each part to take a photo but that would be false and a LOT of work
I stick by the ethos a messy desk is a busy desk
Though my desk is still messy from ages ago!!! Embarassed Embarassed

Oh and my CDs are also in a tall wall-mounted CD holder from Ikea
As for underneath my worktops.........that is a jumble of boxes Embarassed
Though there is a series of long wide drawers under the counter which Alan made Very Happy
These hold some stamps, and a LOT of bits and bobs

My main stamp holder is and idea put forward by Jayne
An open wooden frame with string along the front which displays the stamp as well
Tried to find the photo Jayne but couldn\'t scratch
It is very impressive as you see it as soon as you walk in to the craftroom

Okay I will
After all it was the people on this Forum that helped choose the colour scheme
Will try tomorrow as it is getting dark now and the lights will make it false looking

Look in my photobucket under Misc - I have more shelves put up over the end of the work surface near my computer desk since I took those photos. The room is "tidy" in those photos Laughing Laughing Laughing

Now that looks like home to me Jacky!!!
I see now that the trick is to take the photo as far away as possible Laughing
But my craftroom is not very big so you are going to get it warts and all folks
I just might tidy up a wee bit though Wink

Lovely room Jacky -posted picture a while ago of mine when I was busy working and it looked a tip. Still not much better. Its a big room and I spead out especially as I've always got several projects on the go at any one time.

At the moment I have yet to finish

1. card swap (in adition to the CC one which has been sent but not received yet)
2. 2 more ATC swaps (for Australia - CC ones went off last week)
3. special family cards and project for gradchildren to send to Australia
4. the last of my own Christmas cards to do (made at least 65)
5. charity cards for Andrea
6. prep for 2 classes next week - just about finished the Cuttlebug one now on 'Box of Delights'
7. making stuff for a Christmas stall at the end of the month - cards, jewelry, boxes, mini scrapbooks, decorated photo albums and note books!

Will try a tidy up and post some new ones sometime

My photos were taken some time ago too Jane, and I have 4 more shelves put in which are full again at the end of the work surface. It just gave me space to work if I had shelved to put the things I was working with on but the bottom shelf is full of bits I have done towards christmas cards but haven't made yet Embarassed
