I love that stamp sheet Sue and think I'm at risk of wearing mine out he he

That was the first time I'd used it but don't think it will be the last!!

Try stamping it on a cold laminate sheet, then stick gold or silver leaf on the back, close the flap over the leaf and voila a gorgeous base for a card

When you say laminate sheet do you mean the ones used in a laminating machine?

You can buy little pouches called instant self laminating photo card ... they have various sizes but I just buy the 164mm x 114mm 5 pouches - no machine required, made by Chiltern Wove and sold in cheapie shops They have a sticky side so that you can laminate a photo or something. I don't have a laminating machine so find these useful for gold and silver leaf projects Good for encasing real dried flowers safely too as a window in an aperture card.

The local cheapie shop doesn't always have them in stock but when they do I pick up a packet, at 90p for 5 pouches I find them great value for playing with new ideas

Must have a look for them.

The stationery shop in Frimley have them Sue probably more expensive than the cheapie shop though, I think the ATC size ones are about 45p each (that was a year ago though)

This one has the pocket I mentioned on it with silver leaf on the back, just to show how they turn out.
