Rare Sighting

Just got a sighting of that rare species - a postman Not my usual one though. Suspect I only got a partial delivery as well . Got Craft stamper and memory stick my son posted Tues night and card swap from Lou - will scan and post later- but no ATCs yet. I'm also expecting a parcel from ebay and another magazine which should have been here beginning of week.

I have just received two parcels of things I ordered Monday from 2 different places - on in Llanidloes, Wales and one in Surrey. Also got Sues Floral ATCs plus a couple of letters for Martin. This time it was our usual postman who delivered

I got my Virgo delivery but haven't had my mail from Sweden nor my craft shapes deliveries yet I wish they would hurry up as I want to play with them he he

Mine were Magnolia stamps, so I am just about to start playing

I only got bills today

Mine were Whiff of Joy and wooden cubes, which I can't wait to play with he he, actually the cubes are a gift I want to make for Pete for Valentine's Day. Hope they come tomorrow, but if the snow that's been forecast for London tonight happens they may get caught up again

I know what you mean we haven't had the postman for days - always the same when you are waiting for parcels of goodies. My dad ordered something & was promised it was posted on Sat first class - no sign of it yet and i am waiting for a cheque from 2 friends 1 posted it last Fri & the other on Sat & stil nothing

However bet the bills etc come through they always do but hey perhaps i will get them at the weekend - hope so

Hope anyone else who has ordered goodies will be to them soon

Postman

Yay!!!! Finally got my ATCs today - 6 days to travel about 10 miles if that! Thank you to Jacky for organising and Jane and Vonny for the ATCs.

They were travelling in pairs today! So they could pick each other up if they slipped?

They probably had heavy bags so needed 2 to carry it all

Didn't look like they had very much at all Still not got everything I've been expecting.

And they want to get rid of another lot of postal workers too It is really shocking the postal system in our Country compared to what it was. My neighbour and our postman really takes a pride in what they do but they said they are willing to get going on the round earlier but are not allowed to. Like working to rule

'fraid our post didn't arrive before we left and the last delivery we had was in January! 35cm of snow followed by trecherous ice didn't help matters.

Gong to be a long time before I catch up with all the swaps but thankyou in advance - I'll have a sneak peak at the pictures on here.
