Good morning all, 1st of March today, soon be spring. A wee bit on the chilly side this morning. What is everyone up to today. I have to get stuck into some cards, but whatever you all do have a good day Janetxx

Glad the weather is a bit better at home than when we left.

Autumn is on its way now here - after temperatures above 34 they're now down to a comfortable 24-26 for next week and we may even see rain on Tuesday - the first for over 12 weeks. More site-seeing to do but on tarred, smooth roads for a change

Well I was up at 6.30am this morning cooking bacon and eggs LOL

Hubby's 40th birthday today and he has to work so I thought I would make the effort and give him a good brekkie before he went in! He had loads of lovely cards loads off my card making buddies and he was so chuffed as he wasn't expecting many at all, just family cards!

Am sitting here listening to 3 kids blowing bubbles in milk and all laughing like idiots!! Amazing what amuses kids isn't it?!!

Hope everyone has a great day.... I need to go and get dressed, have some brekkie myself and decide what I am gonna do with 3 kids for the day!

I'm going to be chilling out again he he, I have to get my platelets back up to an operable number before they do the tests on March 9th, with the recent stressful events I have my work cut out he he. I awoke this morning to my comp playing up so will be watching Joanna on C&C at 2pm - loads of rabbit ideas on that program for the March swap he he. Anyone want a slightly used computer before I throw it out the window? he he

I was surprised that there weren't more forum entries but even more surprised by the number of entries who aren't on the forum he he. I think there are more from the other forum most of us know than there are from here he he. I haven't applied as the only comp standard cards I have have already been seen and I haven't had the time to make another. Good luck to all who enter

Morning ladies. Tummy feeling a tad better today but still going to have a quiet day. Just hope friends who got our theatre tickets enjoyed the show!

Morning everyone. It's freezing cold here but at least the sun is coming out so maybe the kids can get outside onto the trampoline to burn off some energy. Kayleigh wants to watch the Joanna Sheen bunnies on ideal world 2-4 so I might let her do that as she has ordered some of the stamps for herself.
Going shopping in a bit then I might get some crafting done

Happy St. Davids day, just got in to say Good Morning everyone. Weather not too bad here - looks like the sun is just coming out now Had a lazy morning - just a quick tidy round the lounge. Martin is just going for a ride on his motor bike so thought I would catch up here. I have just sent an entry to the competition. Sandra is also on there from the forum Look forward to seeing yours Andrea. It's the first competition I have entered and I was badgered by Martin and Sally

Just finished lunch and going to settle down to watch something on tv... dont know what yet! got quite a few things taped.
Weather is a bit dull now, was lovely and sunny earlier on - Keith was out in the garden and where he was working was like a little sun trap.

Went to church for 8.00 this morning, then badminton for 10.00 with my daughter and son-in-law, who came back for lunch. Cooked dinner and now they've just gone to book a holiday to Iceland and I am going to sit and vegetate for a while. Must resist nodding off, all too easy after a large meal with wine! Have a good day everyone.

Have been making a card this afternoon and I am now on the 3rd attempt at the insert, 1st off made it portrait when it should be landscape, then noticed a spelling mistake and now hoping for 3rd time lucky, yay it worked

I have made 3 cards today, will have to photograph them tomorrow when the light is better Went to the Harvester for dinner tonight - and just got home in time to watch Dancing on Ice We did the early bird and had a voucher for free Icecream Sundae after - feel really full now Jan I am always doing the inserts the wrong way round Glad you managed it on the third attempt

I always have the profiteroles at Harvester or anywhere like that, I know I shouldn't but choux pasty is low in sugar and not that bad with chocolate on it either, but I am good if any chocolate ever falls off I don't eat it, hows that for will power
I have made 2 cards and my ATCs for the swap, can't show any of them, 1 is a birthday card and the other my card swap card, cooking on gas this month

Wow, you are doing well. I have come up while Martin watches a programme on tv between the 2 dancing on ice shows. Just planning my ATCs. Got another 6 birthday cards to do this month Though I will probably give the challenge card as one of them - she is the daughter of a neighbour and have always sent her a card and she lives in Cardiff now - perhaps she's one of Jen's neighbours

Evening everyone. Well I got the shopping done but I didn't get to make any cards I did however get 4 loads of washing done so if it's nice in the morning I might be able to hang it outside to dry

I'm off to bed now so I'll speak to you all tomorrow
