Back from Hols!

My goodness how you lot talk! It's taken me hours to read all the posts! We got back from Jersey Monday night - had a good break even though the infection in Roy's leg flared up again and he wasn't at all well the first day! Weather was really good - I even caught a bit of sun! This is the view from the bedroom


Spent yesterday shopping, unpacking, washing and taking Roy to doctors for more antibiotics - hope they work as his calf is the size of a rugby ball!! Today Michael came round for lunch as it's his 25th birthday - made him paella as requested, and now I've got a little bit of me time so thought I'd catch up.

Jan - pleased to hear you got the job.
Jacky glad your mum's bathroom is coming on OK and Mikki that your Mum is out of hospital at last.
Jen - you obviously had a good time in Cornwall.

Hope anyone who has been poorly is feeling better.

Glad to see you back Sue, and that you enjoyed your holiday. Hope the antibiotics work on Roy's leg Such a shame to be ill on holiday. Sally was also ill the first day of her holiday but that's not unusual for her, airtravel seems to affect her for some reason, she always has a temperature the next day

Hi Sue and good to see you back Great going on the holiday but you need another one after getting everything sorted when you get back Hope Roy's leg is better with the pills and he's not in to much discomfort
