It is now telling me

neither did Cubbie and Jacky has managed it, maybe its
because it is case sensitive

tried every combination and even cut and pasted my original email registration details but still can't get on!
Asked it to remind me of my password and it doesn't recognise my email address even though it sent confirmation there originally!
