Morning Saturday ...

Hi ladies hope you are all well, including you Lou he he in your case hope it continues to ease a little. Bright sunshine here so Tash and I woke up early again - I definitely need to get those black curtains back up he he.

I've got a little bit of shopping planned today and then rest ready for a picnic tomorrow, what's a bet the weather will change tomorrow he he.

Good morning Jen, Jan, Janet and all who follow (it's all the J's today) - I'm afraid I slept in again this morning 8.50 once more I was in the spare room though and didnt get to bed until 2.00 as Martin went out for his monthly drink with his golfing friends and I went to my friends house - when the men got back they all decended on us so the drinking carried on At 2.30 after Martin woke me up three times with going to the bathroom or snoring, I took myself off to the spare room before I put a pillow over his head Had a really good sleep then.

I have h*******k to do too today - make sure washing is up to date and fridge emptied of things that will go off. A quick dust and vacuum so it looks ok when my friend looks after the house Tomorrow we are going out to lunch for Ruth's birthday before we go off on our hols, so have to pack today too I am sure the weather will be fine for your picnic tomorrow Jen - Wales is going to be in sunshine all next week (some hope). Enjoy your carnival Janet and don't work too hard Jan. I am going to make a list of things I think Martin can do without being supervised Oh I am mean to him Love him really.

Good morning all - I slept in again till 9.30 as the drilling started late today! (I took a Nytol last night to make up for Thursdays dreadful night).

I have h*******k to do too today, some baking and more washing to dry. The cloudless blue sky has been replaced with cloud and there's no wind. Might even do some crafting as Clive is out at football and I've the house to myself

Afternoon...

everyone sounds as if they are very busy today!! Dont go doing too much now... make the most of the lovely weather we are having!!!
Just finished a pile of ironing, going to settle down to either card making or cross stitching.. dont know which one yet.

Hi all, a bit later than usual coz having a bad (ish) day...

Seven am this morning the phone went and it was one of those text to house number message things... you can never understand them and they never tell ya who its from just some garbled mobile number... so after cross referencing the number on my mobile i decides i need to go for a wee, wobbles off towards the kitchen (a la commode!), wobbles back into lounge (a la bedroom at the moment) and falls a**e over t*t and lands with my hip on my crutches and half on the side of the bed! Let out a screech and Ady came running down stairs (he had gone upstairs for a wee) and I was there like a stranded whale tied up in metal crutches swearing my head off! Hence in a lot of pain at the moment!

But I took my diazepam (wonderful stuff) and have actually made my card swap.... shell is my partner and I just know you lot are gonna think what a wierd card, but I know she is gonna love it! Just gotta find an A4 envie now Yes .... it's a big un!


Hoping any poorlies are feeling a it better, I think I am starting to improve so I hope you are too xx

Oh and by the way, the stupid mare who sent the text message to my phone sent it at 10 pm last night, so how come it got patched thru at 7am I dunno, but she got her flippin ear bitten off when she text this morning!

Holiday went ok but glad to get home.

Been really busy today as surrogate mum, helped my nephew move out today from my Mum and Dad's into a flat with his friend Gemma. They had no curtains so went shopping and brought lounge and bedroom curtains for both of their rooms then got the job of putting up the poles and the curtains
Mum and Dad are visiting my sister in Scotland so she has her hands full so I don't mind helping my nephew out, hes a good chap and he brought me a large bunch of flowers to say thank you which was very unexpected but very lovely.

Good evening ladies been off out for the day we Scarborough and it was a scorcher. Got up early has we was going to go to Flamingoland but had an incedent and changed. Went on another white knuckle ride and nearly c*****d myself again i think im getting a little to old for these rides Sounds like you are all out enjoying yourselfs. Well you lucky lot I've been at work !!!! ( iF you can call sitting playing with Glimmer mists and chatting to people work !) I had a good time , I really like demoing products that I like, and I love the Tattered Angels Glimmer mists ...... I am doing my favourite tomorrow morning , Scrapping , I love helping people with that , maybe because I am nosy and like looking at others photos !
Madam aka Dulcie is BACK and I was'nt wrong about the washing mountains of it , an my darling wonderful husband ironed all today when I was at work playing,I mean working !Iam only at work till 1ish so we will have time to go out somewhere if we want to .Dulcie was so tired she was asleep by 7.30 last night and was'nt dressed at 4.15 when I got in.......teenagers.Enjoy whatever your doing tomorrow, take care .lexie
