This is fun if you like marbling effect
You can use any dye re-inker and any shallow plastic box with a lid

We used to do that with the children at pre-school Jane but they used A4 trays with a piece of paper in the bottom, put some marbles in a tray of acrylic paint and take them out with a spoon and put them on the paper and shake the tray backwards and forwards. We all enjoyed that one Laughing Laughing

That looks like fun Smile Think I would have put the glitter on before I assembled the card though to avoid stray bits of glitter going where they shouldn't he he. Its another on the "must do " list he he

Have never seen that method before
So much easier and less messier than the marbling I got taught when doing my B Ed
If memory serves me right you filled a tray with water and dropped in a few drops of oil paint of a few colours and gently swished the water about. Then placed the A4 piece if paper on top. Gently lifted the paper out and let it dry. It gave some amazing results but was def a lot messier than this method. I really wish I could remember some more of the things we did in art there.
