The knee has improved a bit this week and I did half an exercise class today. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Needed to test it out as I'm supposed to be taking part in a show at the Albert Hall in a couple of months. Cool Cool Cool I managed to pick up the routine pretty well, especially as everyone else had been practising it for the last 4 weeks Surprised Surprised Surprised . My balance is better than I thought - thank goodness my core stability is quite strong. bounce bounce bounce Playing on the Wii must have helped. Laughing Laughing Laughing Can't quite bend my knee far enough in a couple of the moves but the piece isn't too stenuous and has a lot of arm movements which i can manage without any problem. The sun certainly helped and the inactivity here (because of the dreadful weather) has slowed me down so not much chance of overdoing it.

After today's exercise I'm saving myself so I can walk round Make-it a few times!

and it gets better........... just got back from slimming club and I've lost 2lbs this week. (didn't put any on all the time I was in Australia)
