Good morning all Very Happy 24 in the house this morning and 16.9 outside so I opened all the doors and windows to cool the house down before I close it all up again but the humidity went up - temperature stayed the same indoors but went up to 18 outside Rolling Eyes so it feels warmer in here now than it did when I got up Mad Had a good nights sleep last night with the fan on all night and Molly laying right in front of it Laughing Going to sit downstairs and do some stamping and colouring today Very Happy watch the Grand Prix and footie too. Take care whatever you are doing and enjoy your day Very Happy

Evening ladies, what brill weather we have been having for the last few weeks, I love the sun and can even cope with the humidity if I have to, anything rather than wet, grey weather he he:) Great that Lou is back home again, but wow they don't half chuck folks out quickly these days. Make sure you listen to what they said Lou and don't overdo it .... you have lots of forum mums waiting to nag if you try and overdo it, so not worth it really he he.

Are you sure you don't have German measles Jacky? that allergic reaction is lasting a very long time Sad Have you been to see your Dr about it ?

Glad you had a great time yesterday Jan and Janet Smile

Hugs for all and loads of positive vibes to help you get better quickly Lou Smile

Had German measles when I was little - went to the docs last Thursday and she said it was a heat rash but gave me some stronger antihistamine tablets in case it was an allergy Rolling Eyes The rash is just from the knees down on my legs, my arms and front of my neck where it was exposed to the sun, but also where I applied sun cream Laughing Laughing When I googled heat rash some of the pictures looked like what I have but the rash on my arms is different to the rash on my legs - I was always strange Laughing Laughing but it did say that heat rash can occur months after you have been exposed to the heat, so it may have been from Italy and because we have hot weather here now it will carry on affraid It stops itching when I have the fan blowing over me and when I have washed in cold water to cool myself down.

So glad Lou is home so that she is not fretting about her girls Laughing Just make sure you behave yourself though Lou, I am sure you will be in too much pain to do anything else - hugs to you. Germans won football and GP Razz we watched the football at Ian & Ruths as they invited us to their bbq with their friends Very Happy and recorded the end of the GP which we have just finished watching Very Happy

In that case Jacky - do you have an Aloe Vera plant? If so cut off a leaf and spread the "juice/sap" over the itchy parts. It seems to heal as well as stop the irritation. I use it for cuts and grazes too. The neighbouring children where I lived before this flat used to come to me to be "made better" and I'm sure they or their parents thought I was a white witch as it always worked he he.
