Thats just not fair. I am trying to loose a few stone!! Joined WW and am living off the no point veg soup, but it's yummy. No two batches taste the same. My daughter, whio is as thin as a rake loves it too and I make her a large batch for her to freeze. Her little daughter Katie loves it as well, so this Saturday I will be making loads more

OOOOH Onions fried yum yum!! Stop it keep on slimming!!!!!

That's tough Darrell. WW didn't work for me - it took 15 months to lose just over a stone. but I've lost 11lbs at SW and I only joined on 13st May! You can even have fried onions using SprayLite and a little stock made with Marmite - yummy What a Face What a Face What a Face

HI Jane.

Shame WW didn't do anything for you. I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks, but then I do have 2 stone to go! The only bugbear is the £5.50 fee. I have tried to do it on my own but I come up with loads of excusseslike "I'll start next week!" I hate wasting money, I could just as easily spend that on craft stuff!!

Well done on your loss and glad you find SW a good way to do it.

I will try the fried onion with the low cal oil a great idea, Thanks

Happy Slimming!
