End of round one

Well that's what it feels like. The injections hurt like hell and the prodding and pulling felt strange but I didn't look to see what the surgeon was doing. 
Back in one piece, covered in dressings and painted with iodine. Hard to type as right hand still numb and anaesthetics won't wear off for another couple of hours. Standing by with the Paracetemol.
Nothing to do except sit and wait now for the biopsy results in 2-3 weeks! Stitches come out in 12 days. Couldn't find any parking spots so had a long walk to the hospital. Drove back very carefully and feeling OK now. Good excuse to be lazy for a few days!
