Nice surprise

Amidst all the muddle yesterday with furniture all in the wrong place I had a lovely surprise. Roy sent me these gorgeous roses already in the vase (good job as I couldn't get at mine )as it was the eighth anniversary of when we first went out together. Thought you all might like to see them.

Thank goodness he's gone back to flowers!
Year 1 - a single red rose
Year 2- 2 dishes
Year3 - 3 pottery teddies
Year 4- 4 china swans in decreasing sizes
Year 5- 5 pottery fishes
Year 6 - 6 pottery cats
Last year I suggested roses would be quite nice (I was running out of space) so I got them with a beautiful hand made card that he got someone at work to make. It had a big 7 as a shaker card and round the edge were tiny pictures of all the above.

That's what was worrying me Of course we could always get married and then he could start with one again
