Still in overdrive - done class, shopping, aerobics and swum 40 lengths again. Supper prepared for when my son arrives. We're have pasta with cheese and broccoli sauce and Quorn chicken style pieces served with a green salad. Followed by Tiramisu made with Quark and toffee yogurt + some strawberries. Only 3 'syns' each for the whole meal and I'm allowed up to 15 so could even have a glass of red wine too!

I like this diet!

Jane, you make me feel tired just reading your posts! Slow down or else pass some of your energy on. Your supper sounds delicious - i go to SW too - can we have the recipes?

Yes Jane they are poppies. They were growing in the middle of the road in France 2 years ago. I took the picture out of the coach window.
